Tsiolkovsky: Stenographed Lectures.

Stenographic record of a public lecture on Tsiolkovsky (1857–1935) given by Prof. A. A. Kosmodemyansky in the central lecture hall of the All-Union Society for the Dissemination of Political and Scientific Knowledge in Moscow, edited by Prof. B. N. Vorobev, in a printing of 100,000 copies. Frontispiece portrait of Tsiolkovsky; the text is illustrated with diagrams of his 1914 and 1915 liquid-propellant rocket designs and a cross-section of a schematic model of his rocket.

Kosmodemyansky’s biography of Tsiolkovsky appeared a year later (also in this catalog), and Vorobev wrote his own Tsiolkovsky (Catalog B). Two exemplars in the collection.
