Bound in red cloth boards with silver spine stamping, no dust jacket — the format shared by all four SP-4009 volumes and the companion Skylab volume.

Two copies of this printing are held in the collection; text, title page, and binding are identical between them, with the second copy showing water damage/staining to the front and rear endpapers and a small tear at the front hinge.
