Die Fahrt Ins Weltall.

This second, completely reworked edition — issued by Hachmeister & Thal as Lehrmeister-Bücherei Nr. 924–926 — is jacketed in a dust wrapper depicting a scene from Fritz Lang's 1929 film Frau im Mond, for which Hermann Oberth (also in this collection) served as scientific consultant.

It is inscribed by Ley to N.A. Rynin: "With compliments from the author, Berlin, den 5. Mai 1929," with Rynin's own name written above it in Russian. The collection holds a second, unsigned copy of the same edition in the plain numbered Lehrmeister-Bücherei wrapper, without dust jacket.

Ley went on to popularize spaceflight in the United States and later worked with von Braun.
